How to save articles images in Notion?

When you save an article, the images inside the article are saved as links rather than being uploaded. If the original website goes down or removes the images, you will lose access to them.

You can enable an option to ensure that the extension uploads all images directly to Notion, so they are stored permanently.

Steps to enable images upload to Notion

  1. Open the extension.
  1. Open a form.
  1. Open the settings, click on “Settings” button (clog-wheel at top right)
  1. Click on the "More” Button on the top right corner.
  1. Turn on the option “Upload images to Notion”. You will see a confirmation screen.
  1. Close the form settings by clicking on “Close”.

Done! Now next time you save an article, images will be uploaded, you will see an indicator that the images are being uploaded.
