How to make sure your images are uploaded

Save to Notion is a handy tool that lets you easily save articles to your Notion workspace. When you save articles, they usually come with pictures. This is great because it makes your saved articles more interesting. But, there's a small problem: Save to Notion saves these pictures as links. This means if the website changes the link of the pictures, you might not be able to see them in your saved articles anymore.

There's a special feature for people who use Save to Notion a lot, called "Upload all images to Notion." If you turn this on, it will save the actual pictures from the articles directly into Notion. This way, you won't lose your pictures if the website changes their links, and you'll always have them in your saved articles.

Using this feature means you can keep everything about your saved articles, including the pictures, safe and sound in Notion. It makes Save to Notion even better for keeping track of the articles you like.

How to turn on the “Upload all images in Notion”

  1. Accessing Form Settings: The first step is to navigate to the form settings. This is where you control how your form is managed and shared.
  1. Uncover Additional Options: Click on the 'More' button. Here, you'll find a range of settings that offer further control over your form.
  1. Enable Sharing: Select the "Upload images to Notion" option. Next time you save an article, this will upload the images directly to Notion instead of just referencing them.
